Crawlspace Dehumidifier Install & Repair

Had gotten a couple of estimates to waterproof my garage and Mr Vazquez’s estimate outmatched the competitors . He and his team arrived on a Saturday and completed the job in a couple of hours while explaining the process to me . Very pleased!! Highly recommend!

Great job! I've had my own contracting business for 25 years and I know what to look for. These guys did a complete job sealing my crawl space. They pointed out some mold issues which they took care of and they sealed all vents and other penetrations to make sure no bugs or rodents can possibly get in. They showed up on time, price was fair and they did what they said they would do professionally and efficiently.

I am so happy with the work done by Vasquez Crawlspace Services! We had a bad situation in our crawl space after some opossums were relocated. They were available to come out immediately to disinfect and deodorize the area. We decided to replace the vapor barrier too. They had the cheapest quote and were able to do it the quickest. I highly recommend their services.

Had Sami and his crew work on my crawlspace - vapor barrier, vent replacement, sealing, and new doors. Fast, clean work, great pricing, and a solid team. Highly recommend!

We are extremely satisfied with the work that Vazquez Crawlspace team did with our crawlspace encapsulation, vent cover replacements, and deck refurbishing, screening, and staining. The crew finished each project timely and we're very professional. Our deck looks beautiful. We recommend this company to our family and friends. Thank you!

Workers communicated very well providing updates on the process at hand. Sami found a plumbing leak from my washer as well as a considerable amount of water in two HVAC ducts which I appreciated so they could be corrected. I would recommend Vasquez Crawl Space to anyone!

Great Guys to work with these guys go the extra mile real detail with everything repaired things that wasn't in the contract didn't have to pay until work was completed and I was satisfied. Will highly recommend this company to anyone having moisture issues under house and mold issues i gave them 5 stars would have given them 10 if the ratings went that high !

Sami and his crew were great to work with, we got our encapsulation done and are very satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommend!

I had them install seven pillars underneath my house, some parts of the house had to be jacked up, (after settling for 35 years) and then I finished with a sealed crawlspace. I could not be more impressed with this company. They are very professional, reasonably priced and it shows that they take pride in their work.

Great organization to work with. The father and son team gave me a fair estimate and then the team came and did a quality job of fixing my crawlspace. I definitely recommend this business.

Sami has done work for me at multiple properties and I have referred him to many of my home buyer clients. He does really great and clean work. It is clear he really cares about leaving the job site in great shape. I plan to use his services for any crawl space job I have!

Sami and his crew were amazing! I was worried about my crawlspace and its problems but Sami explained everything step by step. He was very communicative throughout the process and made me feel like the project was in excellent hands, and now that the work is done, I'm just so grateful for Sami and his crew! They did not take any short cuts and the work was beyond my expectations! His prices are very reasonable/affordable! Vazquez Crawlspace will always be my go to, going forward. Thank you so much Sami and team!!!

Sami is awesome. He has done work for us in our crawlspace and also built a beautiful new Trex deck for our townhome. He is easy to work with and does excellent work. We very happy with all he has done for us. We highly recommend Vasquez Crawlspace!

Sami and his team did a great job in replacing the vapor barrier and the basement vents. They also evened out some uneven spots and gave the basement a good cleaning. They made sure everything was sealed properly by taping the seams and securing the barrier. I am very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend their services. Thank you Sami and team!

Sammi and his team came around originally to put a membrane in my crawlspace. He was a bit cheaper than other quotes I had and was recommended to me. He did a great job with no fuss. While he was there we talked about drainage in my property as my backyard was very wet. He put in a new french drain and cleaned out all the old drainage pipes and put in some new ones. again he did a great job. He came around yesterday and cleaned all of my gutters, again a great job. I will be using him again for sure!!!

Everything went perfectly right on time and left the jobsite clean. I highly recommend this company!!

I recently hired Sami's crawlspace business for a variety of services, including French drain installation, encapsulation, crawlspace support for a kitchen island, and crawlspace joist repair. I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work and the professionalism displayed by Sami and his team. From the start, I found their prices to be reasonable, especially considering the scope of the project. Sami and his employees were knowledgeable, skilled, and efficient in carrying out their tasks. They showed great attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the job was done to perfection. One standout aspect of Sami's business is his honest approach. Unlike some contractors who try to upsell unnecessary services, Sami provided transparent recommendations and focused on what was truly needed to address the crawlspace issues. This level of integrity is commendable and instilled trust in me as a customer. Overall, I highly recommend Sami's crawlspace business to anyone in need of similar services. Their exceptional workmanship, reasonable prices, and honest business practices make them a top choice. I am extremely satisfied with the results and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

Sami and his crew were wonderful! We had major issues in our crawlspace - structural requiring extra support. Sami 0 poured concrete with rebar, jacked up the beam that was sagging and placed a 6X6 beam to brace it. His son is a Plumber and replaced all the copper elbows that had corroded due to moisture using a pressurized gun to connect the piping instead of solder. Sami then put down a 12 mil vapor barrier, bringing it up the piers and sealed the seams. Before that thought he killed all the black mold on the beams and joists. But the best part was how proud he was of his work. He wanted us to see everything. He just really cared and I appreciated that. I had been so worried about it when we bought our home. Update: Sami and his crew just built us a beautiful Trex deck! And he did it right, digging 16” footers, 6x6” pressure treated posts mounted on a plate, 2x10” pressure treated joists spaced a foot apart and layed beautifully, trex transcend lineage decking on top, surrounded by a zero maintenance railing made with white vinyl with black aluminum rails that are easy to see through to our garden. And the best part is that he’s honest, takes pride in his work, is very knowledgeable and is as kind as can be. I highly recommend Sami and his crew.

I would definitely call Sami and his crew again for future projects. Sami was quick to provide me with a quote for waterproofing my crawlspace. The price was very reasonable compared to the other three big foundation companies I had called. He didn't try to sell me on all the bells and whistles, and gave me practical and impactful solutions for the ground water that was accumulating in my crawlspace. I'm very pleased with the quality of their work. It was a breath of fresh air after having worked with two other foundation/crawlspace repair companies.
